Shipping and assembly of our products
The shipment of the products, as well as the assembly thereof, does not carry additional costs, that is, it is included in the price of the product. These services will be performed by our official approved distributors.
In compliance with Article 102 of Law 1/2007 and 3/2014, the customer will have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. The right of withdrawal is subject to the general conditions that the client accepted when formalizing the order.
To proceed with the return, the product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
The product could not have been used beyond its verification. This cannot have been altered and you will have to keep all its accessories and instructions for use.
The costs of the return will be borne by the customer, by contacting the distributor who has sent the product and assembled it, filling in a form, indicating all the information regarding the order and its delivery.
However, if the product has not left our warehouses, the order can be canceled by sending the cancellation order to the distributor, indicating the order number and the product reference along with the reason for the cancellation.
If the order has already left our warehouses, that is, it is in transit, the cancellation of the order will entail expenses that will be borne by the client.
Return of damaged or defective product
If the product received is damaged, you must notify the official distributor within a maximum period of one week from when the damage or defect is known, indicating to speed up the procedure the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs of the product. where the defect or damage is seen.
The official dealer once the evaluation has been carried out will offer you the best solution.
The return of the damaged product cannot be processed if it has been totally or partially assembled, altered and / or used, in which case the defective parts will be replaced.
According to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A TWO-YEAR WARRANTY FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
Ofifran s.l. is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, improper use, negligence, wear and tear due to habitual use.
According to article 123.5 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months, since he became aware of it.
